Shipping policy

This is a one person operation and I try to get all orders processed within 2 working days. Some delays may occur during busy periods.

I currently only offer shipping to the Republic of Ireland however I am happy to ship internationally and can send you a personal shipping quote to other countries.

If you would like to pick-up your order in Skerries please note that this can only be arranged by appointment and processing times still apply. Once your order is processed I will contact you to arrange collection.

All packages are shipped with An Post Standard service which takes 1-2 working days after our processing time. Your package will have a tracking number.

I try to be as eco friendly as possible and reuse packaging when possible. This may not be particularly pretty but my main goal is to get your pieces arriving safe and sound with as little impact to the planet as possible.    

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as you receive it, attaching images if necessary, so I can try to find a solution, every order is dealt with on a case by case basis.
